    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

    To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us within 60 days of receiving your order at support@sockscompression.com. Upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement if requested and available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

    Important Notes:

    • Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving a dedicated return address will not be accepted.
    • All products must be returned to our Asia warehouse to be eligible for a refund. Items returned to intermediary shipping facilities will not qualify.
    • Ensure returned products are in their original, unused condition and have intact factory packaging. We reserve the right to reject refunds for items showing signs of usage or missing packaging.

    Refund Disclaimer: Sockscompression reserves the right to decline refund requests if multiple sets of socks are ordered in varying sizes with the intention of trying them on and returning undesired options. This policy helps maintain environmental sustainability and hygiene standards. We appreciate your understanding.

     Lost or Stolen Packages

    Sockscompression is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered during checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier for the customer to investigate.

     Exchanges (if applicable)

    We offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized/color. Replacement costs are covered by us. However:

    • If you ordered the wrong size or pattern, you are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
    • To initiate an exchange, email us at support@sockscompression.com for assistance.

     Returning Products

    To return a product:

    1. Contact support@sockscompression.com for return instructions.
    2. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items to our Asia warehouse.

    Please Note:

    • Priority shipping costs are non-refundable.

     Incorrect Address

    Sockscompression is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If items are not returned to our Asia warehouse after a failed delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or resend the package. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your purchase.

     Post-Purchase Offers

    Occasionally, we present further discounted offers immediately after purchase (e.g., post-purchase pop-ups or Thank You Page deals). These offers are considered part of the initial order and not distinct transactions. Attempts to manipulate discounts may result in:

    • Charges at the full price.
    • Potential order cancellations.
    • Refusal of full or partial refunds.

     Refused Delivery

    Packages refused during delivery and subsequently disposed of or recycled by USPS are not eligible for refunds.

     Cancellations

    To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Requests must be received within 20 minutes of purchase by emailing support@sockscompression.com.

    Important Notes:

    • Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
    • If you contact us within 20 minutes, we will refund your order in full.
