    Refund & Cancelation Policy

    Refunds / Returns (if applicable)

    To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us within 60 days of receiving your order at support@sockscompression.com. Upon the receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

    NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a dedicated return address will not be accepted. 

    All products returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to our warehouse.

    Please ensure that the products you return are in their original, unused condition and have intact factory packaging. Kindly note that we reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned items show any signs of usage or if the packaging is missing, either partially or completely.

    IMPORTANT REFUND DISCLAIMER: Sockscompression maintains the right to decline refund requests in instances where multiple sets of socks are ordered in varying sizes with the intention of trying them on and returning the undesired options. This policy is designed to uphold both environmental sustainability and hygiene considerations. We appreciate your comprehension and cooperation in this matter.

     Lost or Stolen Packages

    Sockscompression is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sockscompression will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

     Exchanges (if applicable)

    Our policy covers replacements solely for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sized/color items. The responsibility for the cost of replacement lies with us. However, if a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong size or pattern, they are required to cover the return shipping expenses. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@sockscompression.com so we can help you out.

    Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable). We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

     Returning the products

    To return your product, you should contact support@sockscompression.com for details regarding this process. Please note - the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items to our Asia warehouse. Priority shipping costs and tips are non-refundable.

    Incorrect Address 

    Please note that Sockscompression cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process. In the event that the items are not returned to our Asia shipping center, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or resend the package. We kindly ask that you double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping information before finalizing your purchase.

    Post-Purchase Offers

    In a bid to express our gratitude and provide enhanced value to our customers, we occasionally present additional, further discounted offers immediately after purchase, such as post-purchase pop-ups or Thank Page deals. These offers are considered an essential component of the initial order and should not be treated as distinct orders. Any attempt to manipulate discounts may lead to charges at the full price, potential order cancellations, or a refusal to accept full or partial refunds.

    Refused Delivery

    Packages declined during delivery and subsequently disposed of or recycled by USPS will not be eligible for refunds.

    Cancellations

    To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately after placing the order. We must hear from you within 20 minutes of purchase. If you change your mind within 20 minutes, please email us and we will refund your order. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.
