Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, lost packages, and address issues are handled at Sockscompression. 


1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.

If the product you ordered is not what you expected, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
All return requests must be submitted by emailing support@sockscompression.com


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a refund, return, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and inserts included.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, washing, damage, modification, or missing components are not eligible for a refund.

Returns must be sent only to the authorized return address provided by our support team.
Items sent to incorrect or intermediary addresses will not qualify for a refund.


3. Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn socks cannot be returned.

Only items in original, unused condition with intact packaging are eligible for return.
This policy protects all customers and maintains sanitary standards.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer free replacements for items that are:

  • defective,
  • damaged in transit,
  • incorrect in size, color, or pattern due to our error.

If the customer ordered the wrong size or pattern, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


5. Size & Fit Policy

Compression socks are designed to fit snugly for therapeutic effect.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size chart.

Exchanges due to incorrect size selection are allowed, but return shipping costs are paid by the customer.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the order as Delivered, Sockscompression is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

We will provide delivery confirmation and courier details so the customer can contact the local carrier.
If the courier confirms a delivery error not caused by the customer, we may offer a one-time replacement as a courtesy.


7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address:

  • we are not responsible for failed delivery,
  • refunds cannot be issued if the package is not returned,
  • reshipment is possible only after the customer covers reshipping costs.

8. Cancellations

Orders are packed immediately after purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 20 minutes of placing the order by emailing support@sockscompression.com
Orders that are already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.


9. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Remaining items will arrive shortly after the first delivery.


10. Post-Purchase Offers

Post-purchase discounts and offers are treated as part of the same order.

Attempts to abuse discounts may result in order cancellation, price adjustment, or refund refusal.


11. Return Instructions (Required Step)

To return an item:

  1. Contact support@sockscompression.com to request authorization.
  2. Follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items).
  4. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

Priority shipping fees are non-refundable.


12. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued for:

  • used or worn socks,
  • items missing original packaging,
  • items returned without authorization,
  • items sent to the wrong address,
  • items returned after 60 days from delivery,
  • refused or disposed shipments,
  • promotional or gift items.
